Angelina Jolie has filed court papers to enable her to sell her share of the French wine company she created together with her ex-husband Brad Pitt before they got married.

The two have been in a custody battle for years, and are now at odds over their shared winery. Jolie previously tried to sell her share to Pitt, but they could never agree on a suitable sale price, so Jolie decided to drop it. 

Afterwards, Jolie got a third-party offer, which is why Jolie is requesting to drop the restraining order to be able to get the papers signed, as “the Buyer may pull out of the sale unless Jolie immediately signs an Exclusivity Agreement to sell Nouvel.”
