Apple Studios, a recently launched production space for creative projects, recently announced a new series enlisting two of the biggest names in the cinematic and comic illustration realms. 

Dan Harmon, widely known for his creative writing, direction, and acting, has produced many major productions including Rick and Morty, Community, Monster House, and such. It is only fitting his talents to be drafted on with the likes of Nathan Pyle, a New York Times bestselling author who first began to gain fame on Instagram when he began to post various comic strips of a fun look at everyday life through the eyes of a family of aliens. The concept gained a mass following that leads to Pyle launching a booking in 2019 and another in 2020. 

The two artists will be credited as Executive Producers for the upcoming series. However, this isn’t the first time the two have crossed paths. The illustrator had one of his designs featured previously on Harmon’s pop culture favorite, NBC comedy Community.
