The cast of the 2006 comedy film The Devil Wears Prada celebrated the movie’s 15th anniversary by having a virtual reunion! Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci were among those who were in the reunion. 

Earlier Anne Hathaway revealed that she was not the studio’s first choice to play Andrea ‘Andy’ Sachs in the movie she was the ninth! The studio wanted the character to be played by Rachel McAdams, but she refused the role not just once, but three times! The other choices included Scarlett Johansson, Natalie Portman, Kate Hudson, and Kirsten Dunst.

The movie did turn out to be an important milestone for Hathaway as her performance established her as an actress who had to be taken seriously, which was a dream come true since she worked very hard to get the role and at last, she made it.
