The ever-expanding universe of Game of Thrones just got even larger with the development of a third sequel titled 10,000 Ships being brought to life. The spinoff series will be written by Amanda Segel, and is based on the aftermath of the Second Spice War from George R.R. Martin’s A Song of Fire and Ice novels, and takes place about a millennium before the original show. 

The story follows the journey of Princess Nymeria and the surviving members of the Rhonyar, and they travel from Essos to Dorne after their defeat by the Valyrian Freehold in the Second Spice War.
