Lady Gaga’s dog walker, Ryan Fischer, seems to have returned to his job less than 3 months after almost losing his life while taking Gaga’s pups for a late-night stroll. Gaga posted a $500,000 reward for whoever finds them.
The incident took place in February when Fischer was walking Gaga’s dogs during the middle of the night. He was approached by two people, who then proceeded to try to steal the dogs. Fischer resisted and fought back, but was shot, and two of the three dogs were taken away.
The dogs were later found by a woman who found them tied up in an alley and called the number Gaga posted.
Fischer was hospitalized and had to undergo surgery to remove a part of his lung. He recovered and rested at home, and now seems to be back at his job.
The dogs were found, and police charged 5 suspects. 3 of the 5 suspects who were allegedly involved in the robbery and the shooting were later arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department. It is believed the suspects were motivated by the value of the French bulldogs, the police said.
The woman who “found” the dogs was also arrested, since police were suspicious of her from the start of the dog hunt.
