Everyone’s been waiting for Apex Legends to come to mobile devices and it’s been quite a while since we’ve heard anything regarding it either. However, apex legends fans, it looks like you’re going to be seeing it very soon! So soon that EA actually came out with a statement saying that a regional beta for the game is going to be available later this month.

To start off, only a couple thousand people specifically in India and the Philippines, will be able to play it but don’t worry because they have plans to send it out to way more countries during this year. 

The new mobile game is not exactly going to be a port of Apex Legends but rather a whole new version designed especially for touch screen mobile devices that have streamlined controls and more. What’s more is that it is also not going to feature any kind of cross play or cross-progression either.

Just like the PC version of the game, the mobile version of Apex Legends will be free to download and play!
