Android users will vogue for this – some apps have been crashing randomly but don’t worry because Google has saved the day!

The issue showed up Monday afternoon and lasted roughly around seven whole hours, and they did provide a temporary solution which was to use the desktop interface well, all until the issues were resolved completely.

The crux of the issue was an android system WebView which is a system component that allows android apps to exhibit web content.  But now, Google officially has a fix which will need users to update Android System WebView to version 89.0.4389.105 and Google Chrome to the most recent version.

Some of the users figured it out themselves too and realized that removing the latest update to WebView fixes the problem.
