About a few months ago, it was officially announced that a live-action Powerpuff Girls reboot was in the works at The CW.

The show will follow the crime fighting trio, now "disillusioned twenty-somethings who dislike having lost their childhood to crime fighting." Now, it is up to them to save the world — again — but the real question here is, do they really want to?

And now, get even more excited because we now know who’s going to be starring in it too as the iconic - bubbles, blossom and buttercup!

Chloe Bennet, who you may have seen on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. as Daisy Johnson, will be playing Blossom.

Dove Cameron, who you may know as Mal from The Descendants, will be playing Bubbles.

And a newcomer Yana Perrault, who you may have heard of from Jagged Little Pill on Broadway, will be playing Buttercup.

No news on any further casting or when it will actually premiere, but you better believe we’re still over the moon about this!
