Saweetie has just disclosed that she’s been talking to Cardi B about working on a track together.

last month, fans were questioning whether or not the pair were at odds so the announcement comes as quite a surprise. 

With Cardi married to Migos rapper Offset and Saweetie dating his bandmate Quavo, a lot of the fans assumed that the pair would share way more interactions with each other on the internet.

Cardi B’s sister, Hennessy Carolina shut down rumors that the two rappers were brawling like the wind and actually said that they were in talks to collaborate in a whole turn of events.

Saweetie has now debunked all the assumptions as well as, Hennessy’s claim during an interview on The Breakfast Club.

She went on to say, “Yeah, our teams have definitely been talking. I think we’re just kinda waiting for that right record”

“I think the media just likes to take things out of context. I’m loving how women artists are starting to realise that sometimes it’s the media that creates something that’s not there”

In January, Saweetie even said she was hoping to link up with Cardi B in the studio for a collaboration in the near future.
