Caleb McLaughlin, the star of stranger things and Idris Elba are featured on the brand new poster for their forthcoming Netflix movie called“Concrete Cowboy”!

Alongside the poster, a myriad of pictures from the film were dropped, which feature Jharrel Jerome too.

Here’s a synopsis: When fifteen year-old Cole (McLaughlin) is suspendedfrom school in Detroit, he is shipped off to North Philadelphia to stay with Harp (Elba), his estranged father. Harp finds peace in rehabilitating horses for inner city cowboys at the Fletcher Street Stables, a real-life black urban horsemanship community that has provided a safe haven for the neighbourhood residents for over 100 years. Torn between his growing respect for his father’s community and his resurfacing friendship with troubled cousin Smush (Jerome), Cole starts to reprioritize his life as the stables themselves are threatened by encroaching gentrification.

The brand new movie drew inspiration from the novel “Ghetto Cowboy” by G. Neri, and was directed by first time feature filmmaker Ricky Staub, who in addition to that, wrote the movie with Dan Walser.
