One out of the four members of the South Korean girl group BLACKPINK- Rosé, has declared that March 12 will be the official release date for her solo debut project.
While the title has not yet been revealed, one of the teaser images had a few words in English immersed into its cloudy image, in which the singer -- in a flowing red dress -- walks against a smoke-filled background which is hardly visible through the smoke under the K-pop icon's name in huge letters are the words "No Way Out" and "You Are Now..."
The Blackpink singer gave a sneak peek of the solo effort during January's livestream concert, The Show, during which she performed the track "Gone."
The Show acted as a spotlight for the group's hits such as "How you Like That," "Sour Candy," "Kill This Love" and "Ddu-Du Ddu-Du." But it was also a chance for the quartet -- Rosé, Lisa, Jisoo and Jennie -- to show their personalities, as when Jennie freshened up her "Solo" single and Rosé busted out a clip from the "Gone" video, as well as a live snippet of the song that seemed to be sung entirely in English.
