Zack Snyder confirms that a new trailer for the director's cut of justice league will launch next Sunday.

Snyder was replaced by Joss Whedon, who made extensive changes to the original director's vision. Owing to that fact, the movie’s quality became inconsistent, and it did not do particularly well at the box-office while evoking the contempt of critics.

Zack Snyder's Justice League is a four-hour-long version of the original movie that the filmmaker intended to make. When Whedon took over from Snyder, he introduced script rewrites and reshoots for Justice League, which largely diminished the parts of several characters of color, including Kiersey Clemons' Iris West and Zheng Kai's Ryan Choi. Ray Fisher's Cyborg, who Snyder had claimed to be "the heart of the movie," was significantly impacted as the character's backstory was mostly omitted from the final version.

After Justice League's uninspiring performance, Snyder fans have campaigned for the original version to be released in some form and with the power of social media their efforts turned into success last year when it was announced that HBO Max was releasing Snyder's Cut.

March 18, 2021 is when it is set to run on Warner Media-backed streamer.
