Matt Damon has reportedly joined the cast and crew in Australia to film Thor: Love & Thunder. Filming is meant to start sometime this month after months of getting delayed thanks to the coronavirus pandemic.

As the film got delayed, however, more news came out about it, particularly concerning the movie's cast. During Disney's Investor Day, MCU architect Kevin Feige confirms that Gorr the God Butcher is going to be the villain of the story played by Christian Bale.

As per reports, Damon has supposedly landed in Australia to film Thor: Love & Thunder soon. The article says that his role remains unknown, but it's worth noting that the actor has played a random Asgardian in Thor: Ragnarok.
