For a movie about DC Comics' fastest superhero, Flash has taken a long time to arrive.

However, after years of delays and setbacks, the solo feature of the Scarlett Speedster is closer than ever, with filming expected to begin in April. The word has come that Flash will not see Ezra Miller's Barry Alan and Ray Fisher 's Victor Stone reunite with Cyborg. A new actor may have been hired after Ray Fisher, who decided to completely exclude Cyborg from the story.

For those who follow Ray Fisher on social media, this news should not come as a complete shock. Last week, Walter Hamada, president of Fisher DC Films, while still working for Warner Bros., said he would not "participate in any production" associated with Hamada but now, Hamada has signed a new contract that will keep him at Warner Bros. until 2023, so combining these points is enough to understand why Cyborg will no longer appear in Flash.
