ISABELLE FUHRMAN TO REPRISE ROLE IN "ORPHAN" PREQUEL

Isabelle Fuhrman will be coming back to her role as Esther in the new prequel to the 2009 horror movie “Orphan.”
The plot of the movie is as follows, in the first movie, Isabelle starred as an orphaned Eastern European child who was later adopted by parents who were going through child loss. The plot twist is that the girl wasn’t really a child but an adult woman with primordial dwarfism pretending to be nine-year-old. The girl tried to drive a wedge between the parents so she could have the dad all to herself.
The plot of the movie is still unknown however, Variety reports that Isabelle will be starring and extending her role to associate producer as well.
The movie will be directed by William Bent who directed the movies The Boy and The Devil Inside with a screenplay by David Coggeshall, a writer on the Scream TV series.
