INSTAGRAM LIVE VIDEO TIME LIMIT EXTENDED & NEW ARCHIVE OPTION CREATED FOR LIVESTREAMS

Instagram has introduced three new features and encourages users to stream live on its platform. This social media site has extended the live video limit from the previous one hour cap to four hours. There is also the new Live Archive option, which saves all your live videos for up to 30 days. Only you can access this archive and upload your live videos on IGTV if you wish.
New features were announced via Twitter, and the biggest is to extend the live video range. It was previously closed for an hour, but now it has been extended to four hours. This means users who want to go live or do live classes while cooking does not have to restart their Livestream after every hour.
Instagram has also introduced live archives where all your live videos will now be placed. Until now, Instagram only featured archived stories and posts, but now live video archives have also been introduced.
This option can be found in the same place where your stories and posts archives live, and these live videos will be archived 30 days after your Livestream completion. To find this new option, live video users need to click the hamburger menu from the top right corner of the profile screen. You need to tap on the archive option there and select ‘Live Archive’. Videos found in the archive can be downloaded and then re-uploaded to IGTV.
