GABBY BARRETT & CHARLIE PUTH'S 'I HOPE' HITS NO. 1 ON ADULT POP SONGS CHART

Gabby Barrett's "I Hope", featuring Charlie Butt, takes over Billboard's adult pop song chart (dated October 24).
The song continues as Barrett's first on the list, and for the third for Puth, following his own "One Call Away" (two weeks in April-May 2016) and "Attention" (one week, October 2017).
"I Hope" led the country's AirPlay chart for a week in April, with the help of its book remix, which was released that month, and went on to adult and pop radio. While it crowns adult pop songs, it ranks 7th in pop songs and 8th in adult contemporaries.
According to Nielsen Music / MRC Data, "I Hope" peaked at number 2 on the All India Radio Songs chart for the week ended October 18, with 74.4 million viewers.
"I Hope" ranks 8th on the Billboard Hot 100 in terms of all types of airplay, streaming and sales.
