FORTNITE ON PC MADE 60 GB SMALLER THANKS TO EPIC!

The storage space Fortnite uses up on PC has reduced significantly, from over 90GB to just a measly 30GB, which is all in thanks to the optimization done recently by developer Epic.
The news which was detailed yesterday noted that Fortnite posted an update note on Twitter stating that the battle royale hit will now take considerably less space on your PC’s drive. This reduced storage space will allow for more games to be played on your PC and in case you have Call of Duty: Modern Warfare/Warzone installed, it will make help you breathe easier.
As the update note emphasizes, PC players will initially have to download a large than usual patch prior to the file size reduction. However, after the update, the game promises to take up less than three-thirds of its original size. The patch will additionally improve the loading speed of the game and speeding up the booting time of updates to Fortnite and allow you to return to your game faster.
