MAD MAX SPINOFF IS IN THE WORKS!

There is another Mad Max coming out and it’s a spinoff!
Warner Bros. is creating a brand new spinoff in the Mad Max universe which will revolve around the character Furiosa played by Charlize Theron who helped the protagonist Max in the desert, as reported on Tuesday (October 13).
The movie will center on the origins of Furiosa and will star Glass actress Anya Taylor-Joy.
The movie’s storyline will trace the origins of Furiosa prior to her joining up with Max Rockatansky in Fury Road. The spinoff will also star “Thor” actor Chris Hemsworth and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II which will be directed by George Miller who is also set to produce and co-write with his longtime Oscar-nominated producing partner Doug Mitchell. Miller’s own Australian-based Kennedy Miller Mitchell banner will produce.
Mad Max: Fury Road was initially premiered in 2015 and garnered a whopping $375.2 million worldwide.
