The Pathless is a new and interesting open-world game by Abzû creator Giant Squid. The game introduces scenic environments, unique gaming mechanics, and the cherry on the topping: the eagle.
You start the game as a Hunter who arrives on an island with the help of a boat and the intention of wiping the land free of a curse. As soon as you arrive at the island, you find an eagle, who will join you in your quest and help you glide across the land and fly difficult places to reach. You are required to purify several tainted creatures which will help you further your quest to free the land.
In The Pathless, players can travel mysterious landscapes rapidly with the help of a target system.
In The Pathless, the player can traverse mysterious plains quickly using a target system. However, should you decide to walk and jump around, then you’ll come across puzzles that players will have to solve to progress in the game.
