WhatsApp for Android has got a new beta version that brings exclusive table shortcuts in business chats. To accommodate the new shortcut, WhatsApp has integrated existing video and voice call shortcuts into a single call button that appears when chatting with a business account. However, there are no visible changes to regular chats. This means that when chatting with your personal contacts on WhatsApp you will continue to see previous video and voice call shortcuts.

WhatsApp Features Tracker As announced by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp version 2.20.201.4 beta for Android will feature the new shortcut catalog Shortcut. The New Call button, once tapped, brings up a pop-up menu that allows you to choose whether to make a voice or video call.

The new call button is only available if you chat with businesses that offer a listing on WhatsApp. It replaces video and voice call shortcuts that are still available for regular chats.

Essentially, the purpose of the update is to bring a table shortcut that allows businesses to easily access their listing available in the instant messaging app.
