Cardi B wants to have custody of her daughter.

The 27-year-old “WAP” superstar has recently filed for divorce from her Migos superstar, Offset after three years of marriage, is seeking for primary physical custody of 2-year-old Kulture, as reported on Tuesday (September 15).

“In accordance with court documents which were acquired by TMZ, Cardi is seeking primary physical custody as well as legal custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Kulture. She says that Offset should be the one to pay for child support — the amount is uncertain. She has not updated on whether she requires spousal support. She also clearly states in her documents that they’re currently separated and state they have no way of working things out” as reported.

The two initially got engaged back in 2017. They also got secretly married that year. The couple split after just a year of being married back in 2018 due to allegations of Offset‘s infidelity.

“It indeed appears that Cardi B filed for divorce from Offset in Fulton County, Georgia. The hearing is set for Nov 4, 2020. Wishing them both the best,” attorney and author Adrienne Lawrence wrote on Twitter along with a capture of the alleged filing.
