KANYE REVEALS THE REAL REASON WHY HE DISSED TAYLOR AT THE VMAs

In his new podcast interview with Nick Cannon, Kanye briefly spews about his interaction with Taylor Swift in the 2009 VMAs.
The 43-year-old entertainer stated that the lord almighty gives him information and if “God ain’t want me to run on stage and say Beyoncé had the best video, he wouldn’t have sat me in the front row” as the main reason for why he cut off Taylor back at the 2009 MTV VMAs.
If you don’t recall, during Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech for Best Female Video for “You Belong to Me,” Kanye went on stage to interrupt her and state Beyonce rightfully deserved the award for “Single Ladies.”
“Right now, God is giving me the information,” Kanye told Nick on Cannon’s Class. “If God ain’t want me to run on stage and say Beyoncé had the best video, he wouldn’t have sat me in the front row. I would’ve been sitting in the back.”
He continued, “It wouldn’t have made it so ridiculous of an idea because I had never heard of this person [Taylor] before, and ‘Single Ladies’ is, like, one of the greatest videos of all time. And I was only drinking Hennessy because I didn’t want to go to the awards show because it was a set-up.”
