Prepare yourself for a horrorfest this October!

It was revealed on Thursday (August 13) that eight Blumhouse horror films will be slated to premiere on Prime Video.

The initial four movies are; The Lie, Black Box, Evil Eye, and Nocturne will be set to release in October, with the next four, coming out on 2021.

The Lie will star Joey King revolves around two parents who have to deal with their teenage daughter revealing to killing her best friend and the aftermath of the murder.

Nocturne will feature Madison Iseman and Sydney Sweeney, the film takes place at an elite arts academy, where a timid music student discovers a mysterious notebook that originally belonged to her classmate who met an untimely demise.

Priyanka Chopra will produce the movie Evil Eye, which is set around a supposedly perfect romance that becomes dark when the mother is convinced her daughter’s new boyfriend has a disturbing connection to her own past. Also, Priyanka has closed a multi-million dollar first-look TV deal with Amazon.

Black Box involves a single father who, after the demise of his wife and memory in a car crash, undergoes an experimental treatment that makes him doubt his identity.

Watch out for The Lie and Black Box releasing on October 6th, meanwhile, Evil Eye and Nocturne will debut on October 13th, all on Prime Video!
