Rivera, 33, vanished from Lake Piru on Wednesday evening. She went to the lake that afternoon and rented a pontoon boat with her 4-year-old son, according to authorities. It came to notice when the boat was overdue on Thursday and it was found at the end of the lake.

Her son was found unconscious on the boat, where Rivera was missing. The search for her has not stopped since Wednesday, with many of her co-stars pleading for all the help they could get. One life jacket was found on the boat and the boy was wearing another. Investigators found Rivera's purse and her identification, but no other clues on the boat.

Detectives have spoken to Rivera's son and as a result of that conversation do not believe Rivera made it to shore, he said.

The boat was not anchored, and was not near the shore when found, the sheriff's office said. The area in which it was found is approximately 30 feet deep.

Even though the son is safe and is with Rivera’s ex-husband, the search hasn’t stopped for her, where they have now started searching in cabins near the lake and leaving no stone unturned.

The police are presuming she is dead as it has been more than 5 days that she’s been missing and still no sign of her or her body, but there is still hope.
