Jordan Peele, the acclaimed filmmaker behind hits like "Get Out" and "Us," has announced that his fourth movie will hit theaters on October 23, 2026. Collaborating once again with Universal Pictures, Peele's upcoming project was initially slated for December 25, 2024, but faced delays due to strikes by the Writers Guild of America (WGA) and Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA).
Peele, known for his distinctive blend of horror and social commentary, hinted at the project's nature during a podcast appearance earlier this year, expressing excitement about crafting what could be his favorite film yet.
His partnership with Universal began with the groundbreaking "Get Out" in 2017, which earned him an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay. Peele's subsequent works include "Us" (2019) and the recent "Nope" (2022), showcasing his talent for unsettling narratives and compelling storytelling.
