Liam Payne is said to have enlisted the help of hitmaker Ed Sheeran to ensure his next song is a success.
The former One Direction star has reportedly teamed up with the singer-songwriter for his comeback track ‘Stack It Up’ after his last single failed to make it into the charts.
Liam, 25, last worked with Ed on his debut solo single 'Strip That Down' and has been hitting the studio with him again recently.
His new song, set to be released later this month, is a collaboration with little known American rapper A Boogie wit da Hoodie.
It'll be his first solo single since 2018's First Time, collaboration with French Montana that failed to make an impact in the UK charts.
The new song is produced by Steve Mac, who also produced his debut single. The video for ‘Stack it up’ was also said to have been shot in June, so the fans will be able to see it at the end of August.
As well as becoming one of the UK's most successful recording artists, Ed has written a host of hit songs for other singers.
