KEVIN HART STEPS IN AND RAISES $10.5 MILLION DURING MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY TELETHON

Kevin Hart, who took over from Jerry Lewis, who ruled the charity's mega-successful fundraiser until his death, gave a telephone call yesterday for the Muscle Dystrophy Association (MDA).
Opening MDA Kevin Hart Kids Telethon live on the 2-hour star-studded special, which grossed $ 10.5 million an evening of comedy and music shows.
Benefited from both the MDA and the Help from the Heart Foundation, this Telethon is a behind-the-scenes look at the essential work of influential charities, their families, research, care and advocacy. The October 24 show can be found here.
People can still contribute by calling 1-800-MDA-GIVE or giving online at MDAgive.org.
You can also pick up some unique items that will be auctioned off online, including the experiences of Serena Williams, David Beckham, Stephen Curry and more.
